The delivery time of your order will depend on the shipping option selected.

    • Balearic Islands: 2-3 days
    • Portugal: 24-48 hours
    • Canary Islands: 5-10 días (Departures Wednesday and Thursday)
    • International T-1: 3-5 business days
    • International T-2: 4-6 business days
    • International T-3: 4-5 business days
  • EXPRESS SERVICE
    • Peninsular Spain: Preferential delivery before 13:00h.
  • GOURMET & COLD SERVICE
    • Peninsular Spain: 24-48 hours
    • Balearic Islands: 2-4 days

 

VINOSRIBERA.COM guarantees the delivery times from the reception of the order by the transport company. Sometimes we reserve the decision to document a shipment to avoid uncontrolled storage.

 

NOTE.- In case there existed some break of stock or punctual unavailability of an article we will put in touch with you immediately to communicate you the new delivery time or to proceed to the cancellation.

Shipping Issues

VINOSRIBERA.COM sends all products safely in special transport packaging.

The customer will have 24 hours, from the reception of the order, to check the integrity of all items. After these 24 hours will be accepted the shipment and no claims will be accepted for defects or failures.

If when you receive the order you detect a wet box or suspect that a break may have occurred, do not accept the order, and contact us through info@vinosribera.com

When the customer signs the delivery note the order will be considered delivered.

In the unusual situation of receiving a shipment damaged by transport, you must first claim the transport company:
